1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by Airspeed Technical Services OÜ ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Services

Airspeed Technical Services OÜ provides software publishing and development services including but not limited to:

• Custom software development
• Software publishing and distribution
• Technical consulting services
• Software maintenance and support
• Project management and consulting

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on our website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services are as follows:

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services and materials provided by us remain our property or the property of our licensors. Custom software developed specifically for clients may be transferred to the client upon full payment, subject to separate licensing agreements.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client information and project details. Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any proprietary information shared during the course of business.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Airspeed Technical Services OÜ or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without any representations or warranties, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties in relation to our services or the information and materials provided.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Airspeed Technical Services OÜ from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time without notice. By using our services, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these terms and conditions.
